Women in Engineering and Technology 2

EESTEC LC Zurich is proud to present the Women in Engineering and Technology 2 workshop at ETH from the 13th to the 18th of December 2015. The 10-15 selected local participants and 10-15 international participants from around Europe will attend an intense 5-day academic, cultural and social program aimed at developing the leadership skills of female engineering students to encourage them to seek out the best opportunities and take on any obstacles they might be confronted with in their upcoming careers. This workshop follows similar successful projects by local EESTEC committees in Munich and Istanbul.
Multiple aspects and problems in the lives and careers of women in a still largely man-dominated engineering world will be addressed through a challenging program including discussion rounds, soft-skills training sessions, and company and lab visits.
