EESTEC LC Zurich organises a variety of local events. We offer you biweekly get-togethers called Member Meetings to strengthen our bond, skiing weekends (IMWs), exciting local Workshops, EESTech Challenge and much much more. Check out our latest local events!
International Events
They are organised by EESTEC Local Committees in around 45 cities in 25 countries in Europe. These include workshops, exchanges, IMWs (International Motivational Weekend), EESTEC congress and a lot more! Read reviews from EESTEC members to get an impression of what awaits you. Workshop
1 week, 10-20 international participants, completely free!
- Main focus: Meet people from all over Europe while expanding your knowledge and getting to know foreign cultures all at once!
- Academic Part: Typically in the field of electrical engineering or computer science.
- City Rally: Competing groups go on crazy missions throughout the city!
- International Night: Every branch brings national food and drinks, which becomes a huge cultural exchange and an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
- When you arrive everything is FREE (food, accommodation, etc.), you just have to get there!
IMW – International Motivational Weekend
3 days, 20-300 international participants, small fee
- Main Focus: Get to know a lot of people from all over Europe
- Forget the university stress for the weekend while partying, relaxing or both.
- Cost: Price varies from 40 to 140.
Exchange
1 week, 10-20 international participants, small fee
- Main Focus: Get to know the city and the culture as well as possible through trips to all kinds of different places.
- City Rally: Competing groups go on crazy missions throughout the cities!
- International Night: Every branch brings national food and drinks, which becomes a huge cultural exchange and an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
- There is a small fee, but it’s very small compared to what you get or living a week in Zurich.
